A Hybrid Agent connects online with the physical. This means that the agent has an online presence offering the customer competitive fees but physically visits the vendor and their property to provide a market appraisal and in-depth service, unlike online agents who leave it all to the vendor.
Yes, Property Rung are happy to market your property alongside other agents. If you are currently on the market with an agent and wish to instruct Property Rung, you may need to check your agreement terms to ensure you have not signed a sole agency agreement.
Property Rung advertise on all major portals including Rightmove, Zoopla and Prime Location. We advertise on our own responsive website so that potential buyers can find your property when on the move. We have a database of potential buyers who we will also match to your property.
Property Rung will advertise your property until it is sold or withdrawn from the market. We do not charge a marketing fee that runs out, so whether it takes three months or three years to sell we will advertise your property.
Whether you choose our Fixed fee option or No Sale No End Fee it will include the following:
If you choose the Fixed Fee option of £820 you pay when one of the following occurs: (earliest first)
If you choose the Pay as You Go Option (No Sale No End Fee) you pay the following:
£30 per month via direct debit until the property is sold (capped at 12 months – if the property has not sold in month 13 there will be no further £30 payments but the property will still be marketed until it sells.)
When the property is sold you will pay an end fee of 0.4% upon completion (Minimum of £820)
If the property does not sell or you sell with another agent or withdraw from the market then the end fee of 0.4% does not apply.
No. We have add-ons available should our customers require them:
No. A For Sale board is however, included in your fee and could generate interest from people passing your property, however, if you prefer not to have a board erected that is fine.
Viewings are conducted by the vendor. Vendors know their property better than anyone so we encourage vendors to carry out the viewings themselves. We have some useful tips on how to carry out viewings on our news page, so remember to take a look. If you required accompanied viewings, this is an add on service that we offer for a package fee of £300.
If you have to withdraw your property from the market, then we will take it down from our website and all property portals we advertise on. If you have a for sale board we will also remove that.
We will provide you with continuous updates on your property and through your vendor portal you will be able to see how much interest your property has had, we will work in partnership with you to address why the property is not selling and together will create a plan to further market your property.
